My very own Nutrition Analysis

This is my Nutritional Analysis that I did last spring, and I gathered all of my courage to post this on my blog. I am very private when it come to my Nutrition and my Weight but I decided to share this and maybe get some advise!

The first thing I noticed is that my diet is extremely uneven. I really only have one meal a day; at the most I have 2 meals a day. Most of my diet tends to be fast food or something that I can get fast because I am on the go all the time. I think I need to start planning out my meals and start preparing my meal over the weekend and just reheat them throughout the week. I also need to start eating something in the morning as soon as I wake up. I do not eat in the morning and that could be a reason why I do not get hungry. Since I do not eat in the morning I do not give my metabolism the jumpstart it needs to start my day. When I give my metabolism this jump-start it helps me remember to eat throughout the day because my body is working hard, so it needs more energy. I realized that I was not eating enough in my daily diet to maintain a healthy diet for my weight and age. Another thing I need to incorporate more is physical activity. I did play a little volleyball, but that was not enough. I feel that I need to make a schedule where I can workout on a regular basis. I can incorporate many different sports, because I really do not like to do traditional workouts. I prefer to play a sport. So I can incorporate my favorite sports volleyball and Soccer. I can alternate which sports I play on different days. I may continue to enter my diet on this website to help me improve this. I will also continue to input my exercise to help me improve in this area also. By writing down everything that I eat I realized how unhealthy my diet really is and I’m really enjoyed this assignment.
